Returns
We accept return requests only for products that are:
• Damaged during transit
• Defective upon delivery
• Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Please email us with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product to help us process your request quickly.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Products without their original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the required bank details.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours by sharing your Order ID along with supporting photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the specified processing period:
• Check your bank account.
• Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
